Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Frames must be returned in their original packaging, including case and accessories
• Proof of purchase is required
  

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or special-order items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item.
