Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pick-Up (Richmond Hill)

If the item is in stock in-store, your order will be ready for pickup within 1 business day. If the item is not in stock, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. You will receive an e-mail once your pick-up is ready and available. Please bring your receipt or order confirmation and a valid photo ID for verification.

Local Delivery (GTA only)

If the item is in stock in-store, delivery will be made within 1 -2 business days. If the item is not in stock, please allow 5–10 business days.

Delivery (Canada-Wide)
We offer free shipping across Canada on all orders! Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
